Spells by Class

Every spell castable by each spellcasting class in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition, grouped by spell level. Each entry links to the canonical spell page.

Arcane casters (wizard spells)

• Mage — full wizard spell list
• Sorcerer — full wizard spell list (subject to spells known)
• Bard — wizard spells from class level 2

Divine casters (priest spells)

• Cleric — full cleric spell list
• Druid — full druid spell list
• Paladin — Cleric spells L1–L4 from class level 9
• Ranger — Druid spells L1–L3 from class level 8

How these lists were built

Wizard spells in BG:EE are uniform across Mage / Sorcerer / Bard (subject to the class's spell-level cap and Sorcerer's spells known limit). Specialist Mage kits cannot learn spells in their opposed school — see Schools of Magic.

Priest spell-class assignments follow AD&D 2E sphere conventions as implemented by the Infinity Engine. The BG:EE Mastering Melee & Magic manual does not tag each priest spell with a class label, so these lists reflect the IE implementation rather than verbatim manual tagging.
